What a fabulous getaway! The views are simply stunning, and having my own parking space was such a treat. Water sports galore made for a fun stay!
Oh dear, the neighborhood has seen better days, and the boatyard noise? Like a rusty disco! Good luck if you're planning to nap!

the penthouse apartment was super modern and right on the water's edge, really nice views, and plenty of things to do around. it was perfect for our group of 4 couples. the kitchen had lots of stuff we needed like plates and cups, and we totally loved the sun deck where we hung out every day.
the curtain rail was kinda hanging off so it was a bit sketchy to close em when the sun was blazing. also, we wished there was more cupboard space for food, felt like it was limited.

The bathroom could use better maintenance.

The view from the Three-Bedroom Apartment was stunning, especially at sunset. I loved the layout of the apartment. it was spacious and well-equipped with modern kitchen facilities. The location was perfect for exploring Portland and being close to family. The en-suite shower rooms were a great feature, adding convenience for our group. there were a few inconveniences. We faced some issues with cleaning standards. The floors felt sticky, leaving residue on our feet. On one day, there was no running water, and despite contacting the emergency number, we did not receive updates, which was quite frustrating, especially with a toddler. Although most maintenance issues were addressed promptly, noise from a nearby source disturbed our first night, making it hard for my child to sleep. More kitchen utensils would also be beneficial, like an additional saucepan and a few extra mugs.
